We don't always get it right. We make mistakes just like every other nail salon. The difference is how those issues are handled. We value all of our customers. We're here to help 27/7! 

We only hire licensed nail techs that are highly trained and skilled.

We never reuse any hand files, buffers, sand bands or other porous implements

We have pipeless pedicure chairs that require a plastic liner and a jet head. A sanitizing tablet is placed in the tub of water for every pedicure. Clean towels are placed on the foot rest during your service. After you service, the liner and jet head are removed. We soak the jet head in both bleach and barbicide. The chair and bowl are then cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant.
