1.Please be considerate when making an appointment. Nail techs only earn money when they're working.
2. If you're looking to make an appointment for more than one person, I recommend you calling in and making the appointment. 90% of appointments for multiple people that are booked online aren't done right. The #1 reason is because people book appointments usings different names. It tells you on the booking site to use the same name when booking for more than one person.
3. Making an appointment and canceling last minute or no showing causes the nail tech to lose earnings. Image being at work and not being paid because someone made an appointment, didn't come or canceled last minute.
4. We have systems in place that allow you to cancel ahead of time. We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel.
5. A lot of businesses in the beauty industry are now requiring a card to be on file or a deposit to make an appointment. They charge you the full amount regardless of if you come or not. We don't believe that's fair; we just want an advance notice (2-3 hours at least) if you can't make it.

1. You will get a text message to confirm your appointment 3 hours before your appointment. You have 1 hour to confirm. 10am appointments are given until 9am to confirm.
2. Why is it important to confirm on time? Again, your nail tech only earns money when they're working. If you make an appointment and don't confirm the appointment through text or call, in the allowed time, your nail tech will take another customer or stay home until their first confirmed appointment.
3. What should I do if to add or remove a service? If you book an appointment for a full set and a pedicure but, decide you don't want one of the services please let us know immediately. Please don't wait until you get to the salon to let us know about changes. If you make an appointment for multiple people and someone can't make it, let us know immediately.
4. The last thing that we want to do is cancel an appointment. If you don't confirm through text or call, we will move the appointment to a non-confirm slot. You can get the appointment back if you confirm before another booking comes in.
