You probably found us on google! We have a monthly advertising budget that helps us keep our schedule full. You would be surprised at how many people make appointments and have no intentions of really coming. Meanwhile, our phone is ringing, and people are trying to book appointments online in a slot that is occupied by someone who's not coming in. To be honest, all appointments/reservations should be prepaid at all businesses.
1.Please be considerate when making an appointment. Nail techs only earn money when they're working.
2. If you're looking to make an appointment for more than one person or if you're trying come at the same time as another person, call in to make the appointment!!!! If someone told you they already made their appointment and told you to make yours, please don’t!! Someone needs to call in and make the appointment by phone. If you attempt to make a group appointment on your own, you have about a 2% chance of getting it right. Our phone lines are open 24/7. Please call in.
3. Making an appointment and canceling last minute or no showing causes the nail tech to lose earnings. Image being at work and not being paid because someone made an appointment and didn't come or canceled last minute.
4. We have systems in place that allows you to cancel ahead of time. We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel.
5. A lot of businesses in the beauty industry are now requiring a card to be on file or a deposit to make an appointment. They charge you the full amount regardless of if you come or not. We don't believe that's fair; we just want an advance notice (2-3 hours at least) if you can't make it.

This is the confirmation text that you'll get 3 hours prior to your appointment. Please follow the time in this text message! You have 1 hour to confirm your appointment. Do not respond "confirm, I will be there or I'm coming". Please respond "Y or N"
1. If you don’t confirm within an hour of receiving the confirmation text, the appointment will cancel.
2. Always follow the time in the confirmation text. The appointment time you selected is ONLY A REQUEST. Your requested time COULD change 15-45 min. 10am appointments are the only times that won't change. You will get a text message to confirm your appointment 3 hours before your appointment. Always follow the time in the text. You have 1 hour to confirm the appointment. 10am appointments are given until 9am to confirm.
3. Why is it important to confirm on time? Again, your nail tech only earns money when they're working. If you don’t confirm your appointment on time, we have to assume you’re not coming.
4. What should you do if you need to add or remove a service? For example, if you book an appointment for a manicure & pedicure but, decide you don't want one of the services. Please let us know immediately. Please don't wait until you get to the salon to let us know about changes. If you make an appointment for multiple people and someone can't make it, let us know before you get to the salon.
5. The last thing that we want to do is cancel an appointment. If you fail to confirm, we will make and send additional calls/text. If we still don't hear from you; we will be forced to cancel the appointment. If you call or respond before we fill the time slot, you can have the appointment time back. To avoid this, a secured appointment is recommended.

This is the text message that you'll get the night prior to your appointment. This is just a reminder and we're looking for anyone who wants to cancel ahead of time. You don't need to respond to this text if you plan to come in.
1. Never lose your slot with a secured appointment. If you don't want to confirm an appointment through text, a secured appointment is for you. This is good for those who sleep-in, are busy at work, just don't check text messages or whatever reason you can think of. You can now book a secured appointment. A $25 deposit is required for each service selected. The remaining balance will be paid at checkout.
2. Secured appointments must still follow all other scheduling/time rules. We will notify you first if we need to make time changes.
3. Secured appointments are eligible for a full refund if the appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the appointment start time. No refunds will be given for cancelations inside of 2 hours. No refunds will be given if you no show the appointment.
