1.Please be considerate when making an appointment. Nail techs only earn money when they're working.
2. If you're looking to make an appointment for more than one person or if you're trying to come with another person, I recommend you calling in to make the appointment. 90% of appointments for multiple people that are booked online aren't done right. ****NEVER**** use different names if you attempt to make an appointment for more than 1 person. Our phone lines are open 24/7. We can book the appointment for you.
3. Making an appointment and canceling last minute or no showing causes the nail tech to lose earnings. Image being at work and not being paid because someone made an appointment and didn't come or canceled last minute.
4. We have systems in place that allows you to cancel ahead of time. We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel.
5. A lot of businesses in the beauty industry are now requiring a card to be on file or a deposit to make an appointment. They charge you the full amount regardless of if you come or not. We don't believe that's fair; we just want an advance notice (2-3 hours at least) if you can't make it.

1. If you don’t confirm within an hour of receiving the confirmation text, you don’t have an appointment
2. Always follow the time in the confirmation text. The appointment time you selected is ONLY A REQUEST. Your requested time COULD change 15-30 min for 1 person and up to 45 min for 2 people. 10am appointments are the only times that won't change. You will get a text message to confirm your appointment 3 hours before your appointment. Always follow the time in the text. You have 1 hour to confirm the appointment. 10am appointments are given until 9am to confirm.
3. Why is it important to confirm on time? Again, your nail tech only earns money when they're working. If you don’t confirm your appointment on time, we have to assume you’re not coming.
4. What should you do if you need to add or remove a service? For example, if you book an appointment for a manicure & pedicure but, decide you don't want one of the services, please let us know immediately. Please don't wait until you get to the salon to let us know about changes. If you make an appointment for multiple people and someone can't make it, let us know before you get to the salon.
5. The last thing that we want to do is cancel an appointment. However, If you don't confirm the appointment on time, we will be forced to cancel. If you call or respond before we fill the time slot, you can have the appointment time back.

1. Never lose your slot with a prepaid appointment. If you don't want to worry about us calling or texting you to confirm an appointment because you were sleep, busy at work, just don't check text messages or whatever reason you can think of, you can now prepay for your appointment in full. Your prepaid time slot will be reserved for you.
2. Prepaid appointments must still follow all other scheduling/time rules. We will notify you first if we need to make time changes.
3. Prepaid appointments are eligible for a full refund if the appointment is canceled within 2 hours of the appointment start time. No refunds will be given for cancelations inside of 2 hours. No refunds will be given if you no show the appointment.
